Supported Living

Supported living offers an alternative to residential care and empowers individuals to choose the right amount of support – how and when they need it – so they can lead an enriching and fulfilling life.

Our supported living schemes are designed for people with learning disabilities, autism, or complex care needs. We are passionate about delivering the best possible care and support.

Supported living allows individuals to live independently and have control over how and when they receive support.  We work with individuals to set their levels of care and support and ensure their rights as a tenant are protected.

Our flexible support is tailored to need, and together we create personalised support plans focusing on interests, priorities, and skills. This might involve help to find employment or a plan to live more independently in the future.

Whatever the need, we are here to help. The type of support a person receives is controlled by them. From help with personal care needs and managing finances, to finding education, work, or leisure activities – each person decides!

Independent Living

Individuals can choose to live independently in their own flat with as much or as little support as required.  This could be in one of our already established properties, or we can work with individuals and our housing partners to source a property that meets their needs..

Shared Living

We can help connect individuals to other people who might want to live independently too but are not yet ready to live alone.  People have their own space but benefit from socialising with other like-minded people, sharing communal spaces and sharing the costs of household bills.

Apartment Living

This offers the best of both worlds – each individual has their own modern apartment with some shared communal space so they can choose when and if they want to socialise. We have worked with our housing partners to develop this popular type of accommodation

Stepping Stone Accommodation

This provides stability whilst people are between long-term support solutions. This type of support will help in planning for the future in a structured way. We will support individuals with the skills they may need to live more independently and, when they are ready, support them to move on.
