Residential Care

Our specialist residential homes provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, behaviours of concern and complex health needs.

Our person-centred planning ensures that every person living in our residential homes is enabled to meet their physical, emotional, vocational, educational, spiritual, safety and social needs, 24 hours a day. We have a number of properties available and can support the individual to find their perfect home.

More than just a place to live - we want to help make homes. Our team ensure individuals are included in all decisions about their care and support, either directly or through families or advocates. This could include choices about menus, activities, or holiday destinations.

We offer opportunities for individuals to learn new skills, become more independent and try new experiences. As well as providing a full itinerary of in-house activities, such as craft sessions, music therapy, intensive interaction, sensory sessions and support to complete their pathway plan we also encourage residents to become active members of the community.

This can include using local shops and cafes on a regular basis, looking for volunteering opportunities, employment and attending courses at local colleges and libraries. Each of our homes have been carefully designed and adapted to meet the needs of every person who lives there. All our rooms are en-suite, and most properties have a large multi-function sensory room
